Tashkent Westminster International University (WIUT) is the first international university in Uzbekistan and the first international university in Central Asia to offer Western education, with UK qualifications. WIUT was established in 2002 in collaboration with the UMID Presidential Foundation and the Uzbekistan Ministry of Higher Education and Vocational Education, providing undergraduate, graduate, and graduate level courses.

Tashkent Westminster International University (WIUT) is the first international university in Uzbekistan and the first international university in Central Asia to offer Western education, with UK qualifications. WIUT was established in 2002 in collaboration with the UMID Presidential Foundation and the Uzbekistan Ministry of Higher Education and Vocational Education, providing undergraduate, graduate, and graduate level courses. Tashkent Jindai International University is the first private higher education institution in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It was initially established under the national license of the Cabinet Education Quality Supervision State Supervision Bureau, under the name of Tashkent Li Oblast Technical College. Resolution 0002 (033297) of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 24, 2018, and Resolution 1007 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 17, 2019.

The university cultivates high-quality bachelor's and master's degrees through full-time, off campus, and nighttime learning in Uzbek, Russian, and English, as well as second major programs. Academic activities are conducted by international and local professors who have graduated from renowned universities abroad such as South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, and Malaysia.

At present, KIUT has 5 educational colleges, training experts in 28 bachelor's degree programs and 20 master's degree programs. In the 2021/2022 academic year, the university established a branch in Namangan, and in the 2022/2023 academic year, the university established a branch in Samarkand. In 2022, KIUT became one of the first non-state universities in Uzbekistan to receive international accreditation certificates for KAZSEE and IQAA institutional education programs, and was included in the European EQAR database.

KIUT has all the licenses to provide educational services, and the degrees awarded by the university are fully recognized within Uzbekistan. Youzhi Jun finished his university journey and rushed non-stop to the city of Ishti Khan in Samar. With the warm introduction of the mayor, he gained a preliminary understanding of the actual situation in the fields of education, investment, trade, etc. in Ishti Khan and conducted on-site inspections.
